Have you ever stared into a loved one's eyes and said "Damn I want to lick that!"? If you have you may be into Oculolinctus, the act of licking an eyeball[1].
There is at least one magical healing mystery surrounding this practice. Hava Celebic [2] has self-reportedly cured over 5000 eye ailments by licking her patient's eyeballs. While these are not sexual acts per se, we'd need to inquire how nana Hava feels about it and how those who receive their licks feel about it. Regardless of the arousal state or arousal it's quite fascinating!
